Lila & Claudine’s is one of the most popular and fastest growing yarn retailer and knitting community in the Twin Cities Metro Area. Their Mahtomedi store has a strong personality, as do the many customers and proprietors themselves; so we worked with them to develop that personality into their web presence. We created a website to match that of the experience customers feel inside the store; intimate, quality, and a fun atmosphere. Today, after our guidance and direction, they have social media interaction that rivals large corporations, Lila & Claudine’s have become experts in customer engagement.
